HAAA AND HERSHEY ROTARY
Dear Members,
The Hershey Rotary has asked HAAA to help with their annual auction. This is a great opportunity to give back to the community as well as great exposure for the artist. The Rotary has kindly offered a 50/50 spilt. Artist's may elect to receive 50% of the sale price of work donated. Please consider donating a piece of your work to show the community HAAA
cares.
Below are LINKS to three forms: one to purchase tickets to attend the event, two is a donation form, and three is a HAAA form to select full donation or the 50/50 spilt. Fill out both donation forms and contact Alex Roca for pick up.

CHINESE AUCTION - MUIR VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY #1
DONATIONS REQUESTED
Dear Members,
My name is Rebecca Koppenhaver. I am a member of the Muir Volunteer Fire Company. We are a small, non profit, all-volunteer company located in Muir, PA, a small town northeast of Harrisburg PA (Tax Exempt/501(c)3 #75-530-175). We make most of our money through the hard work we put into fundraising. The money we raise goes towards the upkeep of equipment, tools and apparatus so we can better serve our community.
One fundraiser we have coming up on September 19, 2010 is the Chinese Auction, of which I am the chairperson. The Chinese Auction, a raffle type auction, is one of the biggest fundraisers we host each year. This is where we could use your help. We are asking for donations that can be used at our auction. We are not necessarily looking for monetary donations, but items such as products, gift cards, gift certificates, gift baskets, any unique items, etc.
Not only will a donation help us in our fundraising efforts, but will also help you promote your business. All donations for the auction are posted on the Chinese Auction website and also on the flyers prior to the auction. I would like to thank you in advance for making a contribution to our Chinese Auction. All donations will be greatly appreciated! All items must be received by the beginning of August.
